The Merck Co-pay Assistance Program is not valid for
patients covered under a Government Program, as that term
is defined in the Terms and Conditions. The Merck Co-pay
Assistance Program is not valid for uninsured patients.
You and your healthcare provider must submit all required
information. Please see the enrollment form for details.
What if I am not eligible for the Merck Co-pay Assistance Program?
You may be able to get help from an independent co-pay assistance foundation. A representative can give you information about these independent foundations.
Each independent foundation has its own eligibility requirements and application process.
The Merck Patient Assistance Program provides certain Merck medicines free of charge to eligible patients.
The Merck Access Program representatives can refer you to the Merck Patient Assistance Program.
If you do not have insurance or your insurance does not cover the product you have been prescribed, you may be eligible for free products from the Merck Patient Assistance Program, if you meet certain financial and medical criteria.
